can design your custom shipping racks using math
data or sample parts. We specialize in quick design
turn-a-rounds, and can build a prototype shipping
rack in 3-4 days. Our mass production capacities can
be as high as 300 to 450 per day depending on
complexity. |

We use a variety of
dunnage inserts to protect the valuable parts or
assemblies shipped in our shipping racks. Common
dunnage used in our shipping racks are made from
heavy-duty fabric material, CNC cut HDPE,
thermoformed inserts, water jet cut foams, molded
polyurethane or other materials. |

Spartan Packaging
provides custom thermoforming (vacuum formed) trays,
pallets, and lids. We have a long list of standard
pallets and lids available from existing tooling.
Pallets range from 32"x30" to 91"x73". We control
our competitive pricing by keeping all designs,
prototypes, and production runs in-house. We even
extrude our own sheet using regrind if specified. |

We provide many
different types of totes and dunnage inserts for
small parts. Our totes can be straight walled, or
stack-n-nest. The dunnage inserts can be made from
plastic corrugated with or without laminates, water
jet or die cut foams, plastic corrugated and foam
assemblies, or other customer or part driven
materials. |
